5 years ago i was diagnosed with skin cancer. This is when I met Mr Potter for the first time. No nonsense, spoke to me as an equal, in plain speak, jargon free. He gave me confidence from the off. I had the cancer removed along with a few lymph nodes from my elbow and armpit. I experienced some swelling in my hand, this disappeared within a couple of weeks. I did not have chemotherapy. Ok, the next 5 years:- Tri-monthly and 6 monthly meetings with Mr Potter and the team. I was visually scanned on each occasion either by Mr Potter or Tina Phillips the Cancer nurse. If I had a question Tina was always responsive and helpful. One other integral part of the team was Oliver Marshall, always there with Mr Potter. always friendly and as a first point of contact very reassuring. Where would I be right now without these people? I had a melanoma removed from my arm, and saw Matt after that for a Wide Local Excision and Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy. He was extremely patient throughout and explained everything about the cancer and also the procedure thoroughly. He even rang me the evening after surgery to check I was clear about the aftercare. The wounds have healed well leaving remarkably little scarring. I cannot fault any of my experience with Matt and would highly recommend him. Thanks very much Suzi Iyadurai

Mr Potter has been carrying out annual examinations to be certain my melanoma has not returned - he performed the lymphadectomy following its excision. He has made me happy, comfortable -- and unworried!

Matthew was recommended by a friend who had received excellent advice and care from him and it was the best recommendation that I could have followed. I had been considering Botox for sometime due to a few deep frown lines and had been to meetings at various other clinics, as soon as I met Matthew I had a sense of confidence that I had not had at any of my previous meetings with others I had encountered, he put me at ease staright away, he is extremely knowledgeable, completely listened to my concerns and focused on the solutions he would recommend. There was absolutely no pressure for me to take the treatment forward, in fact competely the opposite, as he wanted to ensure that I made the right decision and for the right reasons. I went ahead with the first Botox treatment last year and have since had a further 2 treatments, I completely trust his judgement and he constantly ensures that you are comfortable when undertaking the injections, taking time and care at all times. I have also recently started to use the Dr Zo products and the effects have been fantastic. I couldn't recommend Matthew enough and would not consider any other route or Dr now for this treatment.

Marvellous care for my 90 year old father. Age was no barrier to Mr potter and his team who regularly looked in on his progress and kept him and our family totally informed. Mr potter even changed dressings one evening on his way home. Cannot recommend Mr potter and his team highly enough.
